Chef Brian started World’s Fare Culinary Services when he realized that many Americans where experiencing a decrease in “a quality of life”. His oldest son has allergies and sensitivities to many foods partly because of severe Autism. He found that there are others, in similar situations, needing more time with family and less time spent on food shopping, unique recipes, and meal preparation. Brian's services are targeted to all families, not just those with special needs. Now Brian can provide others with great food, great service, and more time with their families. previous
